Rotary Club of Kathmandu distributed Warm clothes (tracksuits) in Dhading

Rotary Club of Kathmandu distributed warm clothes (tracksuits) to 37 students of Shree Briseshwor Basic School, Dhunibesi-8, Dhading on 20th January 2026. The program was conducted with the presence of Club President Rajendra Gautam, Past President Achut Babu Ojha, Editor Sudip Raj Khatiwada, and Office Secretary Shree Krishna Dahal. Such humanitarian programs reflect the core values of Rotary, which focuses on Service Above Self. Providing warm clothes to school children helps safeguard their health during the cold season, encourages regular school attendance, and creates a more comfortable learning environment. This initiative directly aligns with one of Rotary’s Areas of Focus-Basic Education and Literacy-by supporting students’ well-being and enabling them to continue their education without disruption. Through community-based service activities like this, Rotary strengthens its commitment to nurturing future generations while addressing essential local needs with compassion and responsibility.
