I am grateful to the members of the Rotary Club of Kathmandu for choosing me to lead the country’s first pioneer club during Rotary Year 2024–2025.

This year, we’ll be teaming with all of the past presidents, members, Rotaract and Interact clubs, and partner organizations to create a difference in people’s lives through different service projects. Our main priorities will be Project Jhola, Girls Toilet Project, Menstrual Health and Hygiene, ICT training, Mental Health Awareness, and Scholarship Distributions. Furthermore, we want to reach as many individuals as possible through our club-to-club and global grant initiatives.

This year, our main goal is to capacitate human resources and develop a group of magicians who will educate others on a variety of subjects to spread magic. Thus, anticipate everyone’s cooperation and coordination.

I would like to congratulate President 2023/24 Rtn. Kishor Uprety and Secretary 2023/24 Rtn.Keshav Gyawali on their outstanding leadership as club leaders. I also look forward to your continued support and leadership during this Rotary Year. I am thankful to Secretary 2024/25 Rtn. Sudip Khatiwada and the entire board of directors for agreeing to take on the role of club leader jointly.
