President Rajendra Gautam and Past President Narayan Krishna Kharel represented the Rotary Club of Kathmandu at The Rotary Foundation (TRF) Seminar & Recognition Program held on Friday, 28th November 2025, at Best Western Plus Hotel, Kathmandu. The event featured inspiring speakers who highlighted the joy and fulfillment that come from contributing to The Rotary Foundation, reinforcing the spirit of giving that drives Rotary’s global service.

The TRF Seminar plays a vital role in helping Rotarians understand how their support transforms lives through initiatives in disease prevention, clean water, education, and peacebuilding. It also enhances awareness of grant opportunities, promotes transparent use of funds, and motivates members to continue supporting impactful humanitarian efforts. Since its charter on 13th April 1959, RC Kathmandu has proudly contributed over US $237,000 to The Rotary Foundation-demonstrating its long-standing dedication to “Doing Good in the World.”
