1990-91 : TrailokyaNath Shrestha was installed as the President:

-Dr. Alan Gale of RC Northbridge Australia initiated to establish a Cardical Surgical unit at Bir Hospital with the donation of Australian $50000 and RC Kathmandu matched US Dollar 1000 in July 1990.
-Over head water tank project at Phaika Ganesthan ,Duwakot Bhaktapur was completed at the cost of Rs 409322 and inaugurated by US ambassador Julia Chang Bloch in October . This project waa initiated by District Governor Kamal Seth
-A library cum clinic building was inaugurated at RVC Salyansthan by Smuel E. Moyal Israeli Ambassdor.
-Rtn Ron Marcus of RI District 9680 Austrialia Provide technical support to establish cardiac surgical unit as Bir Hospital along with medical, surgical and electric equipment donated by SAN Hospital of Sydney on October ,1990. A team of doctors of SAN was with him .
-Dental chair equivalent to US$18000 were handed over to Nepal Oral Health Society , Bharatpur Hospital, Teaching Hospital, Biratnagar Hospital and Friends Club. One dental chair was delivered to Dolakha hospital by Purushottam Acharya .
