1986-87 : Kazuo Kaneko (Ambassador of Japan )was installed as the President:

-A deep tube well was bored at Teku Hospital at the cost of Rs18,989.
-Rotary Hall was partially renovated ,drainagewere made around the complex , garden was designed and saplings were planted by Japanese botanist Toru Kundo. Renovation cost about Rs 700000 os which Rotarians contributed Rs68000 andTeise Company managed the rest .After renovation Japanese company Taisei co. handed over the building on Jan 30.1987.
-Salyansthan , Kirtipur was adopted as model village .
-Rotary Foundation scholarship was given to Jay Sing Shah.
-Salyansthan , Clinic was inaugurated by Kazuo Kaneko.
-Kazuo Kaneko, Mani Harsha Jyoti ,Hukum Chand Dugar became PHF.
-Scholarship os US$750from Anchorage East and US$300 from RC Salt Lake was given to Prem Thapa.
