1985-86 : Murari SJB Rana was installed as President:

-Mrs Amira Dali was sent to Japan for nurses training .
-PP Gopal Raj Bhandari became Polio Plus Committee Chairman .
-Rotary Club of Kathmandu sponsored Rotary Club of Patan .On the August 9, 1985. RC Patan was charted .
-Salyansthan became the first Rotary Village Corps(RVC) of Nepal . Sri Krishna Dahal became the first RVC chairman.
