1966-67 Manindra Raj Shrestha was installed as the president:

-on March 4, 1967, First District Conference was organized at the Exhibition Ground. The then District 325 Comprised of clubs of East India (then east Pakistan), and Burma. King Mahendra as the Chief Guest attended the conference and addressed the participant.
-On October 4, Dallu Village near Swayambhu was adopted by RCK. 500 books weregiven to start a library. 400 fruit tree saplings were planted in the village. Later annual salary of a school teacher was also given to the village.
