Rotary Club has constructed a drinking water system with RO facilities at Shree Rastriya Secondary School, Bhimphedi-1, Sanutar, to provide clean and safe drinking water for 300 students and staff.
The project was completed with financial support from RI District 3292, Rotary Club of Hetauda, Rotary Club of Kathmandu, Rotary Club of Balaju, Rotary Club of Gongabu, Rotary Club of Kathmandu Circle, Rotary Club of Kathmandu Height, Rotary Club of Kathmandu Metro, Rotary Club of Matrubhumi Baluwatar, Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank, and Jalan Iron and Machinery Stores. The handover program was held on 17 May 2026, with a total project cost of NRs. 350,000.
The newly constructed system will benefit students, teachers, and school employees by ensuring easy access to pure and safe drinking water. The School Management Committee expressed gratitude to all supporting organizations for their valuable contribution. Past presidents, office bearers, Rotaractors, teachers, students, parents, and local social workers attended the program.
