1983-84 : Ratna Man Sakya was installed as the President:

(Vice President Kunj Bihari took over the charge as acting president after Ratna Man left for the USA)
-US$1000 was donated to anti-TB Association.
-Vocational Award was given to lady Traffic Officer and best trainer .
-RCC Shikoku, Japan sponsored 2 nurses for training for 9 months .
– Water Supply Project at Manikhel VDC of Lalitpur .
-Sri Krishna MadhyamikVidyalaya Building at Dapakhel and Mahalaxmi Campus building at LubhuLalitpur were completed under the grant provide by USC Canadian in 1983(underSSNCC).
-A cheque of Rs.50,000 was handed over to Ms. Christina for the medical support of emergency ward at Bir Hospital and arrangement was made to donate Rs5000 monthly for several years .
-Enquiry counter was established at Bir Hospital and salary of Telephone Operator was also donated.
-Rotary Club of Kathmandu celebrate its Silver Jubilee 11-14 April 1984. Queen Aishwarya inaugurated the celebration on April 11.
-A cheque of Rs75000 was handed to Leprosy Relief Association . The amount was collected from Runa Laila Musical Night Charity show at Royal Nepal Academy Hall.
-Beds and matterssess were donated to Kanti Hospital.
