Project Jhola Encourages School Attendance with Gifted School Bags

On 1 September 2025, the Rotary Club of Kathmandu organized a program at Shree Panchakanya Secondary School, Chhauni, Kathmandu, where educational materials such as stationery, geometry boxes, and school bags were distributed to 60 students. The event was graced by the presence of President Rtn. Rajendra Gautam, President Elect Rtn. Prof. Dr. Pushpa Raj Sharma, Secretary Rtn. Pravin Karki, and Office Secretary Mr. SK Dahal, whose support added significance to the occasion.

This distribution program was conducted under Project Jhola, an initiative of the Rotary Club of Kathmandu that provides school bags as gifts to encourage children to regularly attend school. Through this effort, the club aims to inspire young learners to pursue their education with greater enthusiasm and create a positive impact on their academic journey.
