It began in 2017 with a simple but powerful vision shared between Rotary members in Nepal and Australia: to ensure every child has the tools they need to learn. What started as a fund for 102 students in a single primary school has since blossomed into a transformative movement.
Over the last eight years, our scholarship project has touched the lives of 4,352 children across 14 schools in Nepal. We dont just pay for tuition; we break down the realworld barriers to education by providing complete scholarship packages-from uniforms, shoes, and backpacks to books, pencils, and even a daily meal. For many, this support makes the difference between staying in school and dropping out.
In 2024-25, we reached 1,200 more students, bringing smiles to their faces and empowering them to build a brighter future. By tackling absenteeism and promoting quality education, we are helping to write the next chapter in their success stories.
