2003-04 : Amod Adhikari was installed as the President:
– Rs. 13,500 was to a student Sunil Pokharel as scholarship.
– Medical supplies received from RC Cincinnati, USA were distributed to health institutions.
– Construction work on the Prosthetic Center at Jorpati started under the Jaipur Limb Project.
– National Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was inaugurated at National Dental Hospital Building at Panipokhari. A separate floor was constructed for the center by PP Gopal Raj Bhandari at the cost of Rs.25,00,000 and was named Gopal-Kamala Block.
– Construction of Technical Training Building for the disabled persons at Kritipur was completed at the cost $ 16,412 in cooperation wit RC Ermelo Puttin, Holland.
– Construction of reservoirs at Matatirtha in cooperation with RC Nishinomiya, Japan.
– Health Camp at GodamchaurVDC,Gagalphedi, 2 weeks free Artificial Limb Camp at Jorpati Hospital, pap smear examination at Rotary Hall were organized and World Sight Day was observed organizing eye screening camp at Buddhanagar Primary School.
– PP Tek Chandra Pokharel donated Rs. 26,640 for the RajyashreePokharelSchloarship Fund created in memory of his wife.
– Scholarships of Rs. 1,08,118 were distributed to school students.
