1998-99 : Tek Chandra Pokharel was installed as the President:
– Rajya Shree Scolarship Fund was established by Tek Chandra Pokharel in memory of his wife on 1 July.
– Mobile Clinic Van purchased under the Matching Grant No. 8234 in cooperation with Rotary Clubs in Australia was donated to Rasuwa Community Health Center. Rtn. J.A. Castely and Rtn. MAlcomDeall were heavily involved in the project implementation.
– Health Minister K.B. Gurung inaugurated ADRA Clinic and Family Planning Center at Kalikasthan, Rasuwa. The projects were sponsored by RCK.
– Four month long Hosiery Training was conducted in March at Salyansthan RVC.
